DL380g2 FAN problem

Hi all!

I have some trouble (I think) with the managemant agents on a DL380g2 with Win2K!
I´ve just installed the DL380 via SmartStart.
The fans seem to run on full speed. Shouldnt they slow down as soon as the agents are loaded? They did it in the past.
Any help?
