DL380p G8 needs a new NIC

DL380p G8 needs a new NIC

Current NIC is an HP NC365T PCIe Quad Port NIC, it does not support SR-IVO.  Win2012 R2 running Hyper-V, SR-IVO is needed.  

Any suggestions?
