DL380p Gen8 Install on Specific Logical Volume

I have two logical volumes with ESXi 5.0 loaded and booting on the first.  I would like to install ESXi 5.1 on the second logical volume while retaining ESXi 5.0 on the first for dual-booting.  I tried to use Intelligent Provisioning 1.50 but it doesn't seem to have this as an option.  Can I do this with Intelligent Provisioning or through some other method?  I am using the latest custom HP image.
