DL380p Gen8: Memory Slots Allocation

Hi,

is it possible to check which slots are reserved with DIMMs?

I only can check the system management homepage, but there I can only see the complete memory installed.

Hi,

You may use following tools to see the memory allocations in Gen8 servers

Active health system:
The HP Active Health System monitors and records changes in the server hardware and system configuration. The Active Health System assists in diagnosing problems and delivering rapid resolution when server failures occur.

HP Insight diagnostics online and offline edition both provide comprehensive information about hardware configuration.

You can also generate Survey report within HP Insight diagnostic to see this information.
