DL380p Gen8 Window Server 2016 stuck spinning circle during installation

Hi

I have DL380p Gen8, while I am booting WS 2016 disk or trying to install by Intelligent Provisioning, I will face windows blue logo and spinning circle points nothing new next. what is the solution, please?

FYI  I upgraded (iLO, Bios and Intelligent provisioning)

Hi,

Please try installing the OS Manually copying the file to Thumb drive and using One Time boot menu.

i tried but same resul, finally I could installvWS 2016 by intalling it un WS 2008 firstly, I restarted many times and shutdown it was ok, but I face same problem again now the windows 2016 is intsalled. What is solution?

WHAT did I do?
1. Upgraded to iLO 4
2. Upgraded Bios to the latest version
3. Upgraded Intelligent Provisioning
4. Trying installation WS 2012,2016,2019 manually booting will be stuck in Spinning dots blue logo
5. Installed WS 2008 r2 then install WS 2016 inside it. WS 2016 hadn’t frozen in blue logo (Spinning dots) step and installed all HPE drivers, but after some restart and shutdowns it got the same subject problem
6. In Bios I tried to change System option>>SATA controller options>>Embedded SATA configuration, there is no 'Enable Dynamic Raid HP smart array .... Raid support', so I tried to downgrade the Bios but to get that option but couldn't find it.
What is your idea to get a solution, please? ( I think it is in bios)
it is about four days I am working on the Server.

Hi,

Please try the below : 

1) Clear NVRAM

2) Clear RAID confiuration and create new RAID

3) Reset BIOS to default.

4) Run SPP - Gen.8.1, then update update BIOS and ILO Firmware seperately.

5) Try fresh Installation.
