Re: DL385 G6 Woes
Hello,
Does anyone knows a solution for this ? We've got other Windows 2008 R2 x64 servers who don't have this problem and have the exact same drivers and firmwares.
trying to reinstall ILO viewer, ILO driver and ILO firmware doesn't solve the problem.
still the same error: No System Management driver is loaded
I've also shutdown a server and disconnected powercords but that also doesn't fix the problem.
Regards,
Erwin

Re: DL385 G6 Woes
Hi
I have found out that it gives the error if you run it as a regular user, even if that user is in the Administrators group. But if you right click and select 'Run as administrator' then it works.
Seems like the IML Viewer does not request administrator rights or something like that and just fails hard.
Best regards Jens

Re: DL385 G6 Woes
Thanks. That was the problem. Probably another collegue has played with UAC on some servers so that we have different UAC settings on our servers.
Regards,
Erwin
