DL385 P400 Array wite cache enable issue
Hello,
we would like to configure Smart Array cache status;
Actually the cache status is not configured.
so, can you please help us
is there a document that explains how to configure the cache of smart array,
please find the output of ACUCLI

Bus Interface: PCI

even your title says P400 I think we are talking about 642 controller since that what it says in your ACUCLI
your cache can not be configured since
""Cache Status: Not Configured
Accelerator Ratio: 100% Read / 0% Write
Total Cache Size: 64 MB""
your controller has the basic cache 64 MB in order to be able to configure it you need to get more cache:
128-MB BBWC (Battery-Backed Write Cache) Enabler NOTE: This 128MB BBWC supports the Smart Array 641 Controller and Smart Array 642 Controller.
