DL385, Slow Console Graphic

I have recently installed a range of DL385 Opteron 275 Servers with W2K3 SP1 and have noticed that my console (direct attached to server) seems to give a VERY SLOW experience in everything involving graphics.

In general I would say it looks like everything showing on my screen is going through a bottleneck.

All components are up-to-date.

When I establish a RDP connection, everything seems just fine.

Anyone else seen this, or know whatтАЩs wrong ??

What if you connect a monitor directly to the server?
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

Re: DL385, Slow Console Graphic

The 385's with W2K3 SP1 I've had my hands on all show this behaviour - slow graphics on console but not in remote desktop.

Guess it's a driver issue.

Re: DL385, Slow Console Graphic

*Bump*

Any Fix yet? Iv upgraded any drivers i could find that would relate to this.

A good way to test for it is to click start>shutdown. The shutdown box will appier, and the background will slowly fade to black and white. As it is fading the mouse will lag severly untill its finished.
