DL560 Gen8 - PowerOn Error

after electrical problem I try to turn the server back on but I see the red LED flashing on the front panel and in the ilo logs I read
System Power Fault Detected. Consult HP Power Advisor To Ensure Power Supply Sizing. Increase Power If Required (XR: 24 84 MID: FF 4D FC 0C C0 FF FF 0A 0A 0C 0C 01 85 00 00 00 10 47 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00)
can someone decode the ilo message?

You may try two things in this case:

1.  Clear NVRAM from System Board switch.

2.  Update System BIOS
