DL560 not booting up

I sent a DL560 to my Data Center 3000 miles away . Now the Machine is not booting up. All the LEDs in the front are lit up. Data Center guys have reset everything Anybody have any ideas on How to troubleshoot this remotely?

where in front panel or system board?

does the serve have video?

any beep?

troubleshoot remotely I don't think so, this kind of issues always require someone onsite
you know reset parts, try minimum configuration, Swap parts, clear NVRAM, ...

Hi,

I agree with Karlo that it needs someone to look at the leds, listen to fans etc. to troubleshoot this one.

Please have a look at the attached pdf file which might help your IT staff on site.
