DL570 G6 Temperature Error

Dear HP,

I am installing two identical new DL570 G6's in the same location. During the Smart-Start checks, one is producing this error:

Temperature Device 1 - Temperature Caution Test

Temperature overheating
Device, Ran on CPU 0

Error Code: 762000

The room is well air-conditioned and the server is cool.

Does this indicate a bad unit?
