DL580 - Can't access bios and cd-rom drive not bootable

Hi

I reinstall this server but the bios (F10,F9,F1 ...) doesn't work (?) and the CD-rom drive is not bootable.

Help me please.

There is a dip switch block inside the box where you can reset the cmos. This should reset the boot order.

Also inside the box is a label that describes switch position and function.
