DL580 G2 Memory replacement

Hello, I recently unplugged the one memory module in my server that holds 4 2GB dimms. Nothing was wrong at this point. Now when I try to plug the memory module back in I get all amber light error for the memroy and cannot boot the server?

Is there some sort of fail safe reset I must do?

check BIOS settings for Hot Plug Memory

The machine doesnt even POST. I have contacted HP and they are sending a replacement memory board.
