DL580 G2, S-A 5i plus, S-A Storage Cluster

Can I use the 2nd channel from the 5i Plus to connect to the Storage Cluster (using the optional cabling kit)? The 5i documentation suggests that it's possible but the Storage Cluster documentation suggests that you need to use the S-A 532 controller in the DL580 G2 to connect to the storage.

Both the SA-5i and the SA-532 are supported configurations and should work one most models.

One thing though with the DL580G2, it doesn't have an external SCSI knock-out for the 5i and it's drive cage must be in simplex mode to have a free channel, but since you cannot go external, well... :-))

Bu a SA-532 for this one!
