Is anyone having trouble installing 2008 R2 with or without SmartStart? I have all the latest firmware loaded on the box.

Yes,
But it is now resolved after applying MS hot fix.

What's the issue you are facing?

I can't even get the O/S installed to apply a patch. The bluescreen i'm getting is different than the one related to Hyper-V. Here is a screenshot.

Also...
I have added another SCSI controller so that I can add more disks...it is a P200.

What is the status of Hard Drive in ACU (Array configuration utility) and ADU (Array diagnostics utility)?
What difference does it make if additional storage controller is removed?
