DL580 G5 memory mismatch

Hello, I have a server that is giving me memory mismatch errors when adding new memory. I just want to confirm that I'm not doing something wrong.

The existing memory is:

4GB 2Rx4 PC2-5300F
P/N 398708-061
total of 56GB memory (after removing other 1GB sticks)

The new memory is:

HP 8GB FBD PC2-5300 2x4GB kit
P/N 397415-B21
Total of 64GB

No matter how I install the memory, I keep getting mismatch errors.

Any idea if these two are just not compatible with each other?

hi,

in the attached file, there are rules, for memory installation.
