DL580 G7, Hyper-V and NCU

I'm beginning the setup of a DL580 running Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V and I'm going to use NIC teaming with the HP NCU. After reading the HP document to setup NIC teaming with Hyper-V, I see that Hyper-V has to be installed before HP NCU. Now my question...

 

Can I add another HP NC375T NIC then add it to the NIC teaming without having to uninstall and reinstall Hyper-V and the HP NCU as per the HP documentation?
