DL580 Gen8 :: GPU Power Cables

I currently have a DL580 G7, and my colleague has a DL580 Gen8. I have a few questions.

1. Do the G7 and Gen8 servers share the same P/Ns when it comes to PSU cables?
2. What P/N(s) should we use to get a Tesla K80 working with the DL580 Gen8?
3. If using two Tesla K80s, what caveats should I keep in mind? Will we possibly need to buy more RAM?

This is something that I have been reading about for a while, but I can't seem to get a solid answer on. I've heard that the K80s should work, but they use EPS power cables. Is this true? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Has support for those cards been dropped on the DL580 Gen8? I understand that the G7 doesn't meet the firmware requirements/features required, but the G8 should be new enough to support the Tesla K80.

The support for third party cards is limited and these cards might not be added to the quickspecs.

I ended up shopping for the spare part numbers manually, to find the required cables. Due to lack of documentation, I had to buy a few cables before I finally found the right cable for my needs. Thank you for your input.
