DL580 fan running and light on but no display to monitor and USB ports are not connected

My University has bought a DL580 Gen 9 before months. The server only runs for one hour and then go off automatically. then we tried to change some cofiguration on the power. then the second problem comes:->The power, fans and network adaptor card are running fine,. But no display to the monitor via the VGA cable and the Keyboard and mouse i plugged on the USB ports are not functional. The light on the mouse sometimes on and then go off immediately. Please i need the solution

Do the nvram clear with system maintenance switch.
if problem persist. call hpe call centre

My idea is that the mainboard is defective.
