DL580 g2 and Storageworks Array

Newly installed array and G2 580, internatl array running 2 x 18.2 GB drives external 128 mb array card running 8 72.5GB drives in a raid 5 scenario. One drive failed and when removed 4 other devices showed as failed. When the server was rebooted corruption showed all over the d partition. Replacement drive arrived and when drive was removed and replaced wwith the replacment drive the system BLUESCREENED and again corruption on the drive. Any known issues with this configuration or reasons why this would happen. OS is Win2K with SP2
