DL580 will not POST

I have a ProLiant DL580 that was just purchased, and upon inital setup, the unit will not POST. When AC power is applied to the unit, the power/standby LED flashes Amber 8 times, then goes solid amber. the HD lights also go solid green when the system power switch is depressed. Any ideas??

Please remove the side opanle and the illustration will show you "Interloc LED indicators". These will tell you where the fault is. Due to this being new, during shipping a peice of hardware might have come loose. Please reseat everything.
