DL580 won't power on

I have a DL580 that I am trying to rebuild. All of a sudden it will not power on and the power/interlock LED on the front is blinking. I reseated all of the processors, memory, etc. but still no good. Any ideas?

Hello Nathan,
Please pull out the Peripheral Board and reseat it. Sometimes it takes a few tries to reseat it properly. This is assuming Power supplies are working fine. It could be the Power Backplane board as well.

Did that, several times... Both power supplies are showing green lights, so I think they are fine...

I reseated it as well... Still nothing...

Try removing all PCI cards or new additions, remove one power supply then the other. Also verify that you are set for the proper voltage, ie 220 getting 110 can still show power but wont boot.
