DL580G2 freezes in 10 seconds

Hi All,
My Proliant DL580G2 freezes about 10 seconds when hardware events occured.
(e.g.Hotswap Power Supply has removed.)
If Events caused repeatedly in short time,freezing time is short(under 0.5 seconds.)
A few hours later,10-seconds- freeze appears again.

DL380G2 works fine.

Configuration:
Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP3
XeonMP 1.6MHz 1MB cache x4
Memory 4GB
Compaq PSP 6.00

Any comments ?

DL580G2 in my lab has Serial #
"7239FRK10117",it seems good one.

I've found temporary work-around.
To disable "Remote Insight Informaion" of Compaq Management Agent,the issue has gone.
I guess that iLO or iLO driver has a bug.

Survey Utility also causes same problem.
(hangs in 41 seconds)

now I'm using PSP 5.50,it causes the problem in long time(40-50 seconds).
