The BRAND NEW DL580G2 that we got here, is really a big Disappointment, now, here in Hong Kong the COMPAQ SUPPORT IS REALLY REALLY BAD,
Nobody speaks english normally here and the service is so bad.
our DL580 have a big problem, it's freezing after a few users a logging in ... next time,
We'll go for another brand.
Big Disappointment.
I attached a picture of the servers problem, Critical LED is on ... so many times a day !

Which is the operating system that you are using ?
Did you install all the support pack ?
Please go to http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/index.html and select DL580 G2.

What PCI cards are installed in the server and what slots are they installed in?

Have you checked to see if you are running the latest system ROM for the DL580G2 (10/7/2002)?
