do you have the latest drivers (PSP) ? and firmware ?
it just suddenly happens? or when you do a specific activity got that blue screen?
it is when Os is booting? when OS is up and running?

try installing proliant support pack 7.9

From my experience 0x0000009C is most likely hardware failure (memory, motherboard,...)
If you have another DL580 G4 server try to swap SCSI drives between servers and check...
Of course, make sure you have last firmware/PSP

With this Stop message does the error message
come with any File name of it just states hardware malfunction ?
