DL580G7 crashes with bugcheck 0x00000080 - HYPER-V 2012 CLUSTER

Got 2 of these HP DL580G7

 (696731-xx1) and an aditional 588137-B21 (HP DL580G7 PCI Express Kit)

2nd processor was installed to cpu slot3 as instructed

System was installed and was up adn running until having random bsods with same error code as these latest ones on only one of these server (HV02 (lets call it that way)) Bios upgrade to version P65 07/01/2013 and setting power states to High performance  and no c-states resolved issue. This was on October 3rd 2013. Applied to both servers

Suddently, from  11th February on, keep having the bugchecks on same server as before:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000080 (0x00000000004f4454, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000).

I also get these on IML:

BIOS is already P65 10/01/2013 and power settings are all to maximum performance and no c-states

Crash dump analysis gives me nothing but hardware error

OS is curently with up to date, so as drivers and firmware for all HP hardware

Any suggestions please?

Thank You for your input, but i have already done that. Power Management is at maximum performance and processor c-states are disabled

Already have a case open with HP . Let's see the resolution for this matter
