Hi,

Any recent hardware or firmware changes done?
This issue could be caused by old firmware of BIOS/iLO or Smart Array Controller.
Or try enabling/disabling UEFI optimized boot in BIOS configuration under Boot Options.

I've upgraded : SPP 10/1/2017

When I turn on the server, it's 50% that I see this red screen error, I can not enter into any settings gonna be like F8 or F9

hi, I have the same error on an HPE ProLiant DL580 GEN10 and i can't enter in any setup.

do anyone solved?

Hi Masoud, 

Did you manage to fix the issue ? As I am getting same error on DL360 Gen 9 server when trying to upgrade the Esxi 6.5  to Esxi 6.7 UP3.

I just wanted to comment stating that we just had this issue with a DLP360 Gen 9 and the solution was to do as one of the commenters metioned which was change UEFI boot option from "Optimized" to "Not-optimized" (?) and it started immediately after saving and restarting.
