DL585 with P600 not reconize by SmartStart 7.60

Hi all,

I have just received a new ProLiant DL585 with a SmartArray P600 controller and 8 disks SAS of 146 Gb.
The SmartStart CD ver 7.60 does not reconized the Raid Controller.
Somme can help me ?

Hi GROBOST,

Has per the Quick Specs of SmartArray P600 controller, SmartStart(SS) CD should detect this controller.

1 Before booting to SS CD is the P600 controller detected during the post.

2 Do you get the F8 option to configure the controller.

3. If the controller is detected during the post it should be detected by SS CD. If the controller is not detected reseat the controller and check.
