DL585G2 RAM Issue

I have a DL585 G2 that I went to upgrade to 128GB of RAM. When I turned the server back on it started the POST check of the RAM. First bank of 8 sticks, good. Second bank of 8 sticks, good. Third bank of 8 sticks, good. When it got to the 4th bank I got a parity error. I changed out the RAM and still same error. Removed sticks 25 and 26, same error. I had to remove all 8 sticks from bank 4 before the server would boot.

Any thoughts?

BIOS update, swap CPUs, change CPU board.
