DL60 Gen9 memory compatibility
Hello everyone,
I have HP DL60 Gen9 E5-2603v3, server (8 GB, P440/4GB, 4 x LFF - PN: P8Y75A). I need to add more 8 GB RAM, but I am not abe lto find the supplier, that is able to sell me new supported memory module. On the other hand, there are plenty of 8 GB modules for the newer servers - these modules have higher frequency and different timing. My first question: Is it possible to use any of those newer modules (for example 815097-B21 or 838079-B21)?
One of the suppliers offered me a non-original, compatible memory. So my second question: Does anyone has any experience with these non-original, compatible memory modules?
