DL740 Error STOP: 0x0000009C
After patching Windows 2003 on a DL740 last night and rebooting, I started getting the two scenarios:
1) The stop error listed in the subject (if it even makes it that far into the Windows load)
2) Sometimes locks up just after the procs initialize during POST
From what I see of the stop error, this is the Intel architecture telling Windows to stop because it has an error in hardware. Running the HP diag CD on the machine though produces no errors though.
Has anyone seen this before? I figured I'd ask here first since I'm not sure how far I'll get with HP support if the diag CD doesn't say anything is wrong...
Oddly enough, I have gotten it to boot twice during the 25 or so times that I've been playing with this and nothing is logged in eventvwr.
