DL740 Home Use

Hello, I have aquired a DL740 with 8x2ghz & 10gb Ram for use as a home server. Please could you advise on the correct operating system to place onto this unit to utilise the processors and additional ram. I was thinking Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition??.

I believe it's a second generation. I initially went for a DL760 but was advised that the power requirements for that unit was a lot a more than for a DL740. In fact the unit in question is currently being sold on ebay under item number : 120439671767. However mine is being fitted with the extra four cpu's and extra ram.
