Each boot on POST the machine do an ASR and reports it on IML.
It happens before the operating system startup.

Insight Diagnostics Ver. 7.40 does not report errors, passed all hardware tests.
The Firmware Maintenance CD 7.40 does not report any update neeeded.

First let me explain you first what is ASR?

It is Automatic System Recovery.

It happens when every your Application or OS Stops responding in between this ASR Restarts your System it brings it to stable state as of if you are not Available at site your Server restarts & comes to Stable state thatâ s the reason its not showing you any hardware Error.
U may take the Memory Dump reports & Bugchek error by disabling the ASR Services from Bios & System Services.
I will mention you a little information the Bugchek Error which is in the logs they are highlighting towards Missing of DLL Files.
As of know ur server is Getting rebooted after which it is working fine, getting error STOP 0x000000D1

On Hardware side you can follow the following Steps.
1) Update the System Firmware to latest. :- 7.51 A
2) Updates the PSP(proliant support pack) to latest :- 7.51 A
3) Update the Server Bios :- (P44) 15 Oct 04
4) & Controllers Drivers are updated to latest.

The problem was solved after an power off with a BUS reset.

Could you pls share the procedure for resetting the PCI bus..

1. Back up all data on the server before shutdown.

2. Shutdown the Server, disconnect the power cords from the server.

3. Remove All Memory Cartridges.

4. Wait about 5 minutes and insert memory cartridges, connect power cords, and power up the server.

This steps should help to clean the bus. For me it worked.
If you need to reset all the data bus and configuration you can remove the internal battery and wait 15m, don´t forget to back up all data you need.
