DL760 G2 RILOE in slot 9 no video on boot
I have a variety of Proliants, most with built in ILO, but my new DL760's don't have built in ILO, so we are using the RILOE II card. As per instructions, we have put the card in slot 9 and used the 30 pin cable, but it never gives a display output to the KVM switch with the card in. I have tried different cards and different cables, no luck. Take the card out, server boots fine. Could it be firmware of RILOE II card? Could it be switches on system board? Could it be sunspots or the UFO mothership? I have beat my head against the wall for a couple of days on this.
Thanks in advance,
Rich

Re: DL760 G2 RILOE in slot 9 no video on boot
Remember connect monitor cable at RILOE and connect only keyboard and mouse to server (not RILOE-keyboard-mouse-cable).
Next documents have information about case (i don't have links)

Good luck
