DL760G2 linux system crashed after upgade CPU

Hi experts,

We have two DL760g2 Server with RHEL3 U5 installed but one of it are crashed after replace the original 4 XEON 2.7GHz to 8 XEON 3.0.

here is the HW/SW list:

DL760g2 (system ROM and related adapters' firmware has been upgrade to latest version)

CPU: replace the original 4 XEON 2.7GHz with 8 new XEON 3.0 processor.
these 8 new installed CPU are move from another DL760g2 production server. They are not "brand new" that come directly from HP factory.

Memory: 8GB
adapter: two qlogic HBA in fail over mode by powerpath software and connect to a EMC storage

OS: RHEL3 Update5
swap:4GB
App: IBM DB2 UDB for Linux

This server runs well with it's old 4 original CPUs and new installed 8 processor can boot the system into normal operation mode, and we met a crash event last night, and capture the screen as attached file.

After googled it seems something wrong with the kernel but i'm not sure and haven't idea after search Redhat's bugzilla online database.

HP local service team provide on site hardware checking to confirm the newly added 8 processor are all OK.

Appreciate if anyone could share a clue.
just for fun
