But in iLO in tab system summary->memory we see only 5 cell's (boards) 8*5=160Gb.
In tab summary->processors we see all processors
In time of boot I see all 256GB (bios screen)
Server have been upgraded with FW Maintenance CD 8.60
I upgraded iLO from 1.78 to 1.80 the same
It looks like it's iLO bug.
Ideas?

check mem config reseat all move boards around see what happens
are you using dual or singles are any mixed

I moved boards already, and visual checked how memory sits - everything looks ok
memory is factory integrated

forgot last post was thinking of another server
ok start with min memory
clear nvram restart add board gradually what happens,
are we hitting a limit

Unfortunately I can't download your attachment.
However please apply the following rules when installing your dimms:
DIMMS must be installed in pairs, in addition:
DIMMs installed in the same memory bank must have the same part number.
DIMMs installed in different banks can be different sizes.
DIMMs must be installed in decreasing capacity with the largest DIMMs installed in the banks furthest away from the processor.
A minimum of two DIMMs (1 kit) must be installed per processor.
