DL980G7 Server didn't boot, no beep, no display, chassis code 00

We have a DL980G7 server, there is no red or amber light on insight display but those server won't boot up, no beep sounds, no display appeared yet. When i look into inside chassis, there is an 00 code. Are there anybody could help me to solve this matter ? Thank's.

There is no red-light on Insight Display, the power is OK, but unfortunately warranty has been expired.
