DLT 20/40
I am having trouble with an ML530, DLT 20/40, BackupExec 8.5, 3200 Array Cntrlr. I have ran the NSSD update(SP16415) and e-mailed the support e-mail at Compaq numerous times, still no resolve. Can anyone let me know what DSKs I need for DLT20/40? I continually get "The device driver load was unsuccessful", on the Backup Exec Job Manager. The BIOS sees the drive just fine, so I'm sure it is just a driver issue. Can someone let me know what to load for the the DLT 20/40 while keeping all my other devices working correctly, please? I am concerned that I might be having a conflict since I am loading CPQArray.ham and CPQScsi.ham for the Array and onboard SCSI.

Re: DLT 20/40
I am also having problems with the same drive but I am using SCO UNIX 5.05.
I have also contacted Compaq several times however 5 engineers have been and we are still experiencing the same problem.
Do you think it could be the SCSI cards 3200? How long have you had the problem for? and what have Compaq said to you about the problem.?
