DLT 35/70 shows failed in Insight Manager

DLT 35/70 shows failed in Insight Manager

The dlt drive shows a failed condition in Insight Manager however tape drive functions properly (Arcserver). Unable to clear error even with reboot. Any ideas on how to resolve problem?

Verify that you are running the latest agents.

if you are using the arcserve supplied driver it will probably show as failed....if you look in the tape devices applet in NT I'll bet you don't have a driver installed (officially anyway)
another reason to ditch arghserv
