DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (Upgrade P410i controller)

Hi, I just purchased Proliant DL380G6 server and during installation of 32bits standard Windows2003 server SO, I get the blue screen memory dump referring to DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Looking information on HP's website it seems can be the SAS controller firmware (the Smart Array P410i with version 3.52). I want to upgrade the firmware but all I find are executable to upgrade from the SO but I can't load this, I have to upgrade the firmware on boot the server, from the bios or where. How I can do this or when I can find the firmware for this controller and that auto-run at startup?.

Consider to use the smartstart firmware maintenance DVD.

Thanks for reply. I used it, but the problem is that the firmware from Smart Update DVD is lower than the smart array has. The smart array is 3.52 version and from DVD is 3 version. Any idea else please?.

Use the hpusbkey utility, transfer the DVD to USB key and insert the newest firmware from web. Now boot from USB and update.

Yes, sorry. I've done, and it has upgrade the firmware correctly, from version 3.52 to versión 3.66. But I've the same problem!!, I'm very worried because I've get also another new server (a DL360 G6) and has the same problem. It's curious because a year ago I got these same two servers (I don't remember the array model) and install the same OS (W2003 standard server) and did't had any problem. Do you know what can be the problem? I've to urgently set up these servers and I don't know to do.

Do you use the smartstart CD for installation of the OS?

Thanks for reply. Yes, with and without the smart star cd. Maybe is by my W2003 SO versión, but never had a problem with it in any Hp DL server, and I have four. Now boy two and occurs in these two; I don't understand
