DS-KZPCC-UB
Hi all , I am new in town. I have a customer asking more information about an original replacement battery kit shipped with a Manufacturing date code too old ( MFG code 59451= Nov 2009).He is saying that this label data is used to configure the battery notification jobs with the batcfg utility. He is saying that system give him a warning in case he enter this date code. Yes, he can enter a more recent date code but is not happy so I shipped a new kit. Question is : whic raid controller utility he is running and what are the checks that system perform on batteries (DS-KZPCC-CE on a old Proliant ML370 G3).Thanks in advance. Max
