DVD ROM connectors on DL 165 G7
Hi,
I'm trying to install a DVD ROM on a 165 G7. While I can see where the SATA connector goes on the motherboard, for the life of me, I cannot figure out where the power-connector goes. Nothing on the board/system seems to be an appropriate receptacle for it and the DVD ROM is not recognized by the BIOS or the boot process. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Re: DVD ROM connectors on DL 165 G7
Turns out that the power-adapter that was supposed to be in the DVD-ROM box was not included (even though the documentation says it does). For want of a $1.99 part that I later had to go out and buy at a local store, I wasted 2 hours. Incredible that a multi-billion dollar company could be so careless as to both, neglect to include a part that probably costs them a few cents, AND to not include a single diagram in their documentation indicating where the connecting wires ought to go in a server.
