Data Recovery for New Array Controller 642

I've bad array controller 642 for hp proliant ml 370 server.I want to replace it by new one ,what about my data?

is it a ml370 G1? or g2?

ok so if you already have Smart Array 642 which is bad and you want to replace it with a new one 642 again you are not going to have any problem with your data

just turn off the server and replace it
