Datacenter Site Survey Whitepaper

I know this isn't a Proliant specific question, but I'm not sure where else to ask. In the past couple of months I saw a section in some HP document that had a detailed datacenter site survey form (HVAC, power, raised floor, etc.). I need that document, but I can't remember where on earth it was.

It was a really good and long checklist of items....

Ideas?
