Dead ProLiant DL380

I have an old DL380 PIII 733 that wont boot. I think it's the array controller because during the boot process it reports that it didn't find any disks. I can't access the BIOS - maybe I'm just pressing the wrong key - so I cant get it to boot from a CD and it wont even boot from a floppy. Any help massively appreciated.

Howard:

To enter the bios, if it is still there, you Press F10 when the prompt comes up.

If, when you press F10 the server comes back saying that it could not find the system partiton, then your system has likely been errased.

Do you have your SmartStart CD that comes with this server?

Put that CD in the drive and boot the server... if it does not immediately boot up, give it a few minutes.
Enjoy!

Hello, to enter the BIOS you should press [F10] when the cursor appear on the top right corner of the screen.

For configure your server you have to use the Smartstart CD up to the version 5.50(from Compaq).
