Re: Degraded Hard Drive
Hard drives may be upgraded by use of options ROM Paqs. Our latest drives can be upgraded with SP16369.exe
Older drives are upgraded with SP12987.exe and SP11663.exe
Each ROM Paq has a readme file listing the drives they will upgrade and the version they will place on the drive
The readme file can be seen when you find the applicable area at http://www.compaq.com/support/files/allsp.html
Find the softpaq and click on the word "here" at the end of the narrative.
