Degraded (Not authenticated) - ML310e

Yesterday, after almost a year up and running I got a Degraded (Not authenticated) on the array.

Can't find anything related to this in the firmware's, we can to the 222 controller.

The server is in a co office, and I'm not very comfortable with upgrading firmware on distance.

Any input on this case? Image attached.
