Deploy ProLiant BL20p G3 System ROM Via WinPE

I am trying to upgrade ProLiant BL20p G3 Blade Servers with HP Rapid Deployment. I am using the Smart Scriping Toolkit and I'm having no luck at all. The documentation about flashing the ROM in a WinPe environment is not detailed enough.

Has anyone been able to deploy firmware with WinPE. These blades don't have OS or disks on them yet, so I don't want to do each enclosure with a cd, it will take a while.
