Determining Product ID for BL20P G2

Is there currently a way to determine the PID for a BL20P G3? I am trying to get my entitlements up to date in HPSIM and I cannot locate the ID in the Systems Management Homepage.

I found a thread on here from a couple of years ago pointing to http://h50001.www5.hp.com/ewc/EntResultRouter but it keeps timing out for me. Not sure if its still active or not or if there is currently a new one.

Hi Jason,

If you have an OS installed on this server, make sure the System Manangement Homepage driver and Insight Management Agents driver are up to date. This could be the reason your PID is not showing in SMH.

I upgrade SMH to v3.0.0.64 and VCA to v2.2.0.820 (for Windows) and I still cannot find the product id for the hardware.

Maybe I'm blind?

I found this in the enclosure information:

Spare Part Number: 305311-001
Position (Slot Number): 4
Height: 267 millimeters
Width: 44 millimeters
Depth: 711 millimeters
Number of Slots Occupied: 1

Is the spare part number the product ID?
