Device Busy on Proliant DL360

i have a Windows 2003 ghost cd for Proliant DL360.
When the ghost copy the files on the disk i have the DEVICE BUSY error and then it says "System halted, please reboot".
If i reboot the system, the error is the same.

I just try to change the disks without effects.

Could anyone help me?
